Bad service

Hello I am with Mutual and Federal now for 8 years with my car and house insurance. After this many years I did not claim anything on my car and I don't get anything back not even getting better monthly premium. After asking this 2 weeks ago I am still waiting a response from you guys. I can't see why this takes so long? And this also making me getting quotes from other companies. Please reply or I will move my policy.
