No response about our schedule, house insurance

We have been with Budget foe years. When we received our annual increase letter with new schedule we were shocked. Our house insurance disappeared totally, I do not understand who gave them authority to change my policy and take off my house cover, and this is illegal! Then they increased our excess on car by triple and this is unacceptable. From R3600 to R9450. I e-mailed back on the address they gave in e-mail and still no response from them after 2 weeks. They better fix my policy or I will take this further, I was covered from the start on house contents and now I am not covered. If anything happens in this time I will take them to court as I have proof of my cover previously.
