Disservice And Disgusting Attitude

This morning As I was submitting a claim for thunderstorm and lightning damage telephonically to Sandra (old Mutual I Wyze) firstly she displayed very arrogant/ aggressive And non- commits attitude. Asking me to call again. Speaking very softly & Irritated when I told her I was struggling to hear prompting me to drop the call.
When reporting hat the tv sets, hd pvr decodes & whole DSTV system is dysfunctional. She expects to be a technician and understand what is problem with all 3 . This was a very nasty attitude of not wanting to assist, because they need to send a technician it verify & test for damages. Now she is demanding that I must go to MUltichoice which report can be obtained from their assessor. The negative interrogation & attitude of not wanting to help is a disgrace to people like me .i pay an exhorbitant amount of premiums monthly for a very disgusting attitude and service. I just I had a different service provider in times of need where they can be of value.
