I logged my claim with iwyze on the 20 March and until this day today i have not received any feedback BUT ATTITUDE from Madela Ngozo who is a claims manager. the guy hung up the phone on me in my ears and told me i should not give me attitude. this is a manger who should have the patience of understanding clients' needs but instead he doesn't care. it's now almost 2 months i call iwyze everyday but i still don't get proper answers but bad service. Madela did not even for a second apologise for the bad service received earlier he just told me don't give me attitude. another call received from Nomonde Zakhe and she greest me " hi there" and gives me attitude too. second call from Nomonde and its "hi there"!!! I GIVE UP
