Bad Attitude and cannot speak or hear properly

Hi,

Extremely bad experience with agent, bad attitude on speaking to me. After reading the disclaimer you don't say to me "You hear me? " or "You understand me? " - very rude. I had to repeat the details of the claim 3 to 5 times, since she asked me the details that many times. When I asked her why she keeps asking me so many times, she says that she didn't type it in. So why didn't she just tell me so. I spoke slow and clear, above that still broke the incident into small pieces for her, but still she asks me again and again.

On another note, why does the claims department not include on website that an actual police report is required to submitted when lodging a claim? I had to find this out when I lodged a claim, which means I have go all the way back to the police to get it and then fax it to you and then follow up to see whether you have received it!

I must say to date I have not had a good and efficient process with iwyze is any area.
