CMC AUTOBODY LACK PROFFESSIONALISM

I had the unfortunate expereience of visiting CMC Autobody this morning. I would like to point out that I am insured through Outsurance, however due to the minor damage to my car I decided to have my car fixed privately (not claiming from the insurance). I obtained a quote and was told to bring my car in today! upon my arrival I was met by a very rude and obnoxious TREVOR who then went on to say that I did not hold a proper quote and the person who was responsible fo this no longer worked ther, he then proceed to SHOUT AND SCREAM in the middle of President Street as to how he could not do the job at that price. Whilst I do understand how a mistake like this could occur it is the ANIMAL ATTITUDE displayed by this "man", which was absolutely disgusting. I will insure that Outsurance is made aware of this disgusting attitude and I will certainly not bring any of my vehicles there for repair. The impression I got is that he (Trevor) was dealing with second rate citizens who cannot afford Insurance... perhaps like himself... Good Luck Trevor!!! Hope CMC Autobody can withstand the damage done by you...
