ADT Disgraceful Attitude to Unhappy Client

I am writing to complain about the rude, aggressive, and highly unprofessional attitude from ADT Head of Technical services Mr. Kuben Moodley. I have phoned ADT several times to complain about work that was not done when I first installed my alarm system (over R10 000 worth) 2 years ago in my house and adjoining flat. The flat was never programmed to my specs. Mr. Moodley accused me of wanting a 'free' service when all I want is for ADT to acknowledge the system was not programmed properly and to meet me halfway with a technician call-out. I am not poor; I am angry at ADT's attitude. I find it insulting to listen to someone spouting from the 'ADT Technical Handbook' when as a manger he should be able to use his discretion in addressing a situation with a good client who spent a lot of money on installing a system. ADT is not prepared to be accountable for their own deficiencies; the customer is always wrong/an. Mr. Moodley's attitude was so rude that I am currently calling other security companies to get better service. Clearly, in this time of financial downturn, he is not worried about losing a customer. So much for their 'Outstanding Customer Experience! ' It does not exist
