TECHNICIAN ATTITUDE IS TERRIBLE

We had a technician come out to our premises just fit in an analogue line but he messed up our fax lines. I called the number 031 - 508 2656 which he had given me on his job card. I tried about 5 times and no one answered. I tried again and a rude person by the name of Anesh answered the call... he was very rude. he told me that he cannot give me the technicians number as they are not allowed and had a very bad attitude, he told me too bad as I will have to call back in the morning to speak to him. We are a corporate company and we do not need any nonsense like that. If they feel that clients are not important then must think again as without us there will be no jobs for them. He needs to really change his attitude and when asked for a manager he said that they dont have one. He sad that I must call the call centre and log a complaint about the line and to speak to a manager there. With an attitude like that I dont think that anyone will want to do business. Pathethic, they need to go for some telephone etiquette training. I am really shocked at the way TELKOM operates... disgusted
