Good day,
I would like to report a complaint against the disgusting and rude attitude of a customer service agent. 2 weeks ago I called the client care centre to request a settlement letter be sent to update my records on the credit bereau. The lady who assisted me Zanele Xolile was extremely rude & arrogant & refused to assist me with this. She told me very blatantly that she could not put a request through to the admin department to do so for me, as its not their std policy & I cannot get any special treatment. When I asked to speak to her Supervisor, she had an even more arrogant attitude, threatening to cut the call so i must phone back. I was put through to Noseko and explained how disgusted I was with her attitude. Noseko apologised and said my request could be done, and agreed to send me a settlement letter however this was still not done.
The arrogance of Zanele was absolutely shocking. I am disgusted that Nedbank even has people with such a stinking attitude working in their client care department. This is the reason why so many people are choosing to change banks. I have never been treated so badly before and Nedbank is definitely a bank I will not be using again!
