DISSATISFIED WITH THIRDPARTY SETTLEMENT AMOUNT

Their client Mr Rogers drove into the rear end of my car at the time my brother was driving. They gave me a settlement which I wasn't happy with and I referred back to them to check why they're giving me less than what they supposed to settle. They said my car is uneconomical to repair and gave me a settlement less than the book value because the car is still in my possession so they're taking 66% salvage fee. In asking around I found that most insurance companies takes 25% or 30% salvage fee. I paid towing fees which they said they'd reimburse but never did. All I'm left with now is the scrap metal of a once beautiful car...
