Prejudice conclusion

I was involved in an accident proceeding through an intersection with a Green traffic light and right of way, their client just turns into my direction of travel when i was already halfway across, i swerved to avoid but he just drove into my vehicle. With an independent witness and damages the that reveal their client drove into me and it was he who collided with me not i who drove into his vehicle, why should they offer apportionment when clearly their client was in the wrong.

Their communication state Without Predjudice but clearly somebody has concluded that i was a fault, which is a prejudice conclusion.

M vehicle book value is low and the difference from apportionment payment would not cover all damages to my vehicle. Also their is still the towing and storage fees which they have to take into consideration.

I appeal the claim be reviewed as beyond a reasonable doubt the fault lay with their client and a legal battle will accumulate higher costs to both parties.

Kindly review the option of monetary settlement with my vehicles full book value less salvage which i will gladly appreciate and accept.
