Danielle called at my home in January to enquire if I would like to save on my electricity bill!! I still told her that I have just received quotes for Solar Heating Panels. She told me that she can give me a much better deal. She has a product called Techno Save that will regulate the temperature on and off when we needed hot water. She is confident about her product that the company has this promotion if you sign up on that day, you are allowed to use the Techno Save Gadget for 2 months. If you do not experience a saving you can request for the gadget to be uninstalled. I entered into the contract. After 2 weeks f monitoring the Electricity Units usage I realised that it is not saving me any money and contacted the Call Centre. I was referred from the one person to the other. Eventually I was told that the agent that sold the Techno save to me is no longer working for the company. They do not take repsonsibility for her methods of sales. I have then put my request for cancellation and the uninstallation of Techno Save. These people just ignore you and I have since stopped the dedit orders. They now tell me I must consult my Lawyer. They want their money!!!
