ACCOUNT SETTLED BUT STILL HARASSED TO PAY

I had met with an accident on 31 May 2013. Of course, MFC was asked for a Settlement Quotation which was in the possession of my insurance company. MFC was paid out as per their full settlement amount before 10 June 2013. My insurance adhered to the date and the full settlement amount was paid out to MFC.

so my understanding is: we ask MFC for the full settlement amount, MFC provides the full settlement amount on the vehicle which includes daily interest, VAT, arrears etc; which is then forwarded onto the insurance company to payout.

This was done and now MFC is requesting us to pay an "arrears" amount!!! We have been trying to resolve this matter from July 2013 - we are promised a call back but to date no one returns our calls.

Someone professional and is knowledgeable about this please contact us urgently.
