DO NOT USE THIS RUDE COMPANY WHO SWEAR AT CLIENTS

I called this company, only to overhear the receptionist tell a lady (with the rudeness she spoke to me, one can wonder if she is even a lady!!!) An incorrect company I was calling from. When put through, I rectified that I wasn't calling from the company I overheard the receptionist say, just to clarify I wasn't from a call centre. This rude woman then goes on to ask "why are you F##king lying to my Receptionist" maybe this woman should realise "why don't you have a receptionist who relays a message correctly? " This Rude woman then refuses to listen to me and hear about my query!!! I will not contact this rude woman again, and when she eventually gets lawyers letters about unpaid bills... As the reason I was calling was to find the postal address to send bills I have received but are meant for this company. But on another note, do not deal with this comapny when their normal telephone behavior involves in swearing at people and hanging up on them when someone is trying to do you a favour!!! Or maybe its time to retire
