Very rude receptionist

I have never come across such a person that can be so rude to a mom who is trying to find a solution for her baby of 8weeks. Long story short, this lady Eileen should NOT work with people, she is rude and wont go the extra mile to try and help. She even put the phone down in my ear, after contacting her back and telling her that I dont appreciate the way she talked to me, she was just rude again, I couln't believe my ears. This lady should never work with people and it's people like her that make that you dont want to go to that Dr again.
