My husband purchased a vehicle from zurich insurance about 3 to 4 months ago, we were awaiting some natis documents to follow in a couple of weeks but didn't receive any, he wasn't that concerned because he knew he was dealing with an international company so there was no cause for concern until about 2 months ago when he decided to give the company a call to inquire about the delay, he was put through numerous people until finally a lady received his call, when he asked about his papers she became agitated and was extremely rude and told him she can't help him and that he must speak to the insurance broker that done the deal with him, he explained that he was unable to reach the person and that's why he called the head office but the lady would not hear anythn and refused to help.he waited another 2 weeks and called again with the same person not helping in any way, it has been about 3 to 4 months now that we haven't received any feedback nor our documents, everytime he calls he's been given the run around, I just can't understand how an international company can have such poor assistance and such people whom have bad attitudes towards customers, who do we speak to now?!
