Not Impressed at all

I emailed Fairsure trying to find out info about my provident fund. I recently saw an email from my employer responding to the email i sent to Fairsure because it was seemingly forwarded to my employer. I didn't expect this as i could have been told that this financial institution does not deal with individual members of a company. If i wanted to ask these questions to my employer i could have done so myself without the help. Im sure it wouldnt have been too much of an effort to respond to me direclty and inform me of this.
Not impressed at all!!!
