I called Clientele spoke to Ramish to request a cash withdrawal on my policy on the 13th of July 2013 and he confirmed that as soon as I have my documents faxed he will process everything and I should expect my money after 8 working days, He was very helpful I must confess, explained the disadvantages of the policy cash withdrawal
I send all the required document the next day, called after a day and spoke to Khosi to find out if my documents were received, she confirmed receipt of my documents and promised to send an sms to confirm.but she never send it as promised.
I called after the 9th day to check why is my money still not reflecting in my account, spoke to LMadlala firstly she kept me holding for 10min, after which she said I need to resend or fax my documents again as there is no payment done for me, and could not give me the reason why cause it is a separate department,
I demanded to speak to her manager Benita who told me that I will have to wait for 48hrs again she also told me it is not their fault, but services/admin/call centre or finance departments even today I still don't know why my application was never processed on time, Clientele's service is so pathetic, BAD.
