NOT PAYMENTS ON STATEMENT

Good dayt,
I have called 011-710 4000, 011 710 4710, and 0860 555 111, with no avail, they all had the same message pattern, and because of the selections I wanted, I ended up with a message that I am basically outside office hours!!! it was 12h05!!!
The problem is I do not see two payments of R3000-00 on my account!!!
