Foschini
BAD RESPONSE. No reply on complaints 4 & 14 Oct

Since my previous complaint regarding payments that was done to Foschini via Nedbank I have received NO reply but received their recent statement showing my balance with the relevant payments still outstanding. Letter charges are also added to my account although I lodged a complaint in writing. Can anybody help me, where can I go to get response from Foschini I am waiting for the next after hours call regarding "arrears" although I am in credit according to my payments to Foschini of which I have proof of payment on my Nedbank statement. Please Help!!!
