Paid my account in 2 seperate payments : 19 November and 25 November for December, yet by the 4th of December i still received harrassing smses for me to pay my account or i will be handed over as a non-payer. How can you not pick up payments that was done more than 10 days ago? Second month in a row where i'm being harrassed by Legit for "non Payment". when trying to reach their customer line, it's either out of order or they don't pick up and when you receive feedback, it's your fault you don't get statements even after a PROMISE was made that the problem will be fixed after i reported bad service to them via email, per telephonic discussion and pet!
