Statement faulty - where are my payments

I have made payments to my Nedbank Personal loan since February 2013 to April 2013. the payments are not updated on my statement regardless of the proof of payment I have been sending to Nedbank. Why is the statement not updated after numerous unattended complaints this has been going on since February - poor utterly disgusting customer service.
I need an updated statement if Nedbank cares.
