The legal department contacted me to make arrangements to pay off the account at a discounted rate which I accepted. The lady told me that I could only make a cash deposit as she was going to put a lock on the account. Due to unforeseen circumstances I could only pay half before the 31 March and I made the rest of the payment today (3April). When Nedbank sent me a message regarding this matter I phoned in wanting to sort this out. I got cut off the first time. The second time I came through to Claudine. I explained my situation & when she told me (not very politely) that the deal was a lump payment not 2 payments & that I no longer qualified for the deal & I needed to pay the full amount I told her that I was not informed that I wasn't allowed to make 2 payments of the required amount. I told her that Nedbank (I used the words you people) need to make sure that you give all the information! I didn't raise my voice nor was I rude. She went off at me that I mustn't speak to her like that & she'll put the phone down in my ear. Then after that I became rude & ended putting the phone in her ear. I am disgusted with Nedbank & their poorly mannered staff. Not enough space for everything
