I went onto the Multichoice website to find out a way of paying an account online. I followed instructions as they had showed and made payments in this manner with the Smart Card number as reference number. They have an automated Beneficiary set up so one cannot see the bank account number when making payment. Last month i got a message stating that i was overdue on payments. I sent proof of payment to them and the call centre agent was happy with this and the account was apparently ok. Yesterday i got another message stating that i am 2 months overdue on payments. I contacted the call centre and they said that the account is overdue because they could not find my payments. This is not the first time that i have been on the receiving end of utter rubbish service from Multichoice. I am not sure of the employment strategies, but the quality of employees is well below standard. I would at least expect that someone who works in the accounts department would be able to trace my payment to the bank statement. They are now threatening to discontinue my service because of their inadequate accounts department. I am hoping that someone can assist ment to get this corrected
