Account was paid on the 4th of August 2013 (Sunday) On the 5th of August, our DSTV was suspended. After numerous calls to the call centre, to try and talk to a operator, I resorted to email the proof of payment to the payments office. Hours later I received a case number with the message that a consultant will be in contact soon.. It is now the 8th of Aug, and I am still waiting for the consultant to call me back! I went to our local Muti Choice to go and sort it out. It was "so called" reconnected & I was said that it will be on when I get home.
At 4 o'clock when I got home, it was still off, with a mail message on the screen saying that the smart card has been deactivated! I am highly upset about all of this! We pay our account on time every month and even pay more than is expected! You would expect to get what you paid for! And ontop of it all, channels has been split, and to no avail (it just means more repeats) If it is still off by the time I get home today, I will be even more upset! This is not how things are done!!! You pay for this service and this is how you have to struggle to get service!
