First For Woman Look For All Excuses Not To Pay

My wife had an accident 2 weeks back after collecting our son from school. We lodge a claim with First For Woman who my wife is insured with. Ever since doing this two weeks back all we have recieved is question after question, reasons trying not to honour our claim. After every query thrown at us we had ALL relevant documentation to support, and yet still MORE questions. Two weeks later and our claim has still not be resolved. Completely useless. They are a typical insurance company, they take your money very quickly every month but as soon as a claim arrises there are so many excuses and stumbling blocks in the road. I am strongly recommending NOT taking a policy out with this insurance company to all reading this. Rather go for a well known company like Auto & General or Santam where you will not have problems come claim time. For too long have us the consumers been taken for fools it ends now it ends today. The public need to know what border line criminal activity happens at this company.
DO NOT take a policy out with First For Woman they do not honour their claims and have all sorts of avenues to drag the claim out. Wost service and company I have dealt with.
