Good day,
I work for an Isurance company that PRIDES itself in GOOD Customer Service and when face with this type of service I am angered to the core. I for the first time in all my time of having insurance had a claim and " yes you said it the service is Really bad!!! " I was never a believer of insurance but soon was convinced that "first for woman " is the way to go ...!!! I am fummed by the lack of correspondance and irritated to say the least. I have been very understanding and forth coming, but on my first claim ever I am faced with so much issues and serious lack of communication between myself and the "first for woman "
This is VERY BAD and YES procedures is to be followed but constant correspondance with your client keeps them at ease and abreast with the reasons on why their claim is taking as long as it is!!!
