They try every excuse to not pay a claim

First For Woman Insurance did not pay out a claim for my jewelry. They use excuses like "did not report it within 24 hours" without looking at the circumstances of the claim and the details. Each claim should be processed individually and the circumstances around it analysed. They try any excuse to not pay out. I was warned about them as soon as I joined by other friends who said they try any tactic, I thought I would give them a chance. It is actually true, they use excuses to not pay out and make it like it is your own fault that they did not pay out. I am cancelling my contract with them as they are useless and I would not recommend any of my friends or anyone to make use of their services. They do not put "woman first" as their name claims and they don't take your valuables seriously. My rings were and now I can't even replace it.
