Good Service from an Insurance company

Its not very often when one are pleased with their insurance company or service they get from them.
I have to say that in my first experience dealing with First for Woman Insurance, I had great service and Feedback from their staff, they have asked all the right questions, done everything they needed to do via telephone, called me back constantly to keep me in the loop to what was happening with my car and my claim.
They advised me that while I don't have the usage of a rental car facility on my cover, that I can get discounted rates at a car hire company simply because I am insured with them and they (First for Woman) would would book it for me, so I don't have to lift a finger.

This is the type of service one would like to get from their insurance company. I would recommend anyone to use them, Females as well as Males. They have good service, do very good deals on their insurance covers and are very cost effective.
Thank you First for Woman Insurance and Thank you Riyaaz Arendse (The service consultant dealing with my claim and getting back to me at the said times). I appreciate it a lot and cant wait to have my car back.
