INSURANCE TREATS ME LIKE A CRIMINAL

It is sad and unfortunate that when you purchase a short term insurance policy without a broker and your motor vehicle gets, the insurance company looks for every aspect NOT to pay out the company that has financed your or validate the claim.
On Wednesday the 27th of February i had my VW Velociti (ND 704 985). Being a woman and this being my first car which i am still paying for it was the most traumatic experience seeing my car gone from where it was parked and having that sinking feeling of being a victim of crime.
I had immediately called the SAPS and then my insurance company. Being traumatized and completely out of it, the consultant (Lynton) who had taken my claim treated me like a criminal when cross questioning me and making me feel more like a criminal when all he needed to do was take my claim. The police must do the crime investigation. I am human.
Then i get a follow up call the next day from a Riyaz (Budget) who further more treats me like a criminal and cross questioning me like i had my own vehicle. For SAKE insurance was to take the stress away from me not treat me like a criminal. I am still paying for a CAR that was.
