Processing a claim for two months

I had a car accident and submitted my claim on the 15 May 2013 and today is the 10 July 2013 and they're still giving me a run around that my claim is being reviewed by some claim board that meets every Thursday and that has been the respond I am receiving every time I call them for the past weeks. What makes it worse is that they always promise to call me after every Thursday to update me on what the outcome is with my claim and they never do, I have to call them and get excuses why they didn't call me and its useless excuses for a company of discoveries size like I was not at work and so on type of excuses.

I requested recordings of the conversation I had when I took the insurance and even that I still do not have it and I am getting a feeling that maybe they're still editing it to suit them or when we engage in a legal battle because even from speaking to the claim manager you can hear from the tone of his voice that they will not pay my claim so why must it take 2 month for them to tell me this makes me wonder what else are they doing or changing without me knowing.

I learnt my lesson with this claim never will ever recommend discovery even discovery health I am out from all
