Good day, I am so frustrated at the moment with virgin money. About 4 months ago my credit card expired and the ATM kept my card while trying to make a payment. I then called them and they advised that they would send me a new card. After 2 weeks I had not received my credit card and called them they advsied that this because my account was in arrears so I requested the banking details and made an EFT the consultany advise that I would be contacted shortly. Turns out that the banking details given over the phone were incorrect and I paid someone else account. I then sent through the proof and request they email me my correct banking details so I can make these payments STILL NOTHING!! Please will someone assist me!
