Again!!! Cancellation figures dept!

Ok, this is now a week again since reporting my frustration with Standard bank Cancellation figures dept. Only on Friday (nagging again to hellopeter that no one came back to me as yet), I receive a email from a so called Mpho Khumalo. I even replied to this person on a more personal email than doing it on Hello peter. But this person couldn't even take the time just to inform me that he or she received it again?? Looks to me that we are only numbers again... Just to keep our mouth's shut for a while they will send you a email stating they are investigating your complain and will come back to us shortly! I will probably receive a third email like that again today! Pathetic Standard bank! Pathetic! Hitting heads against brick walls I tell you! Like Friday I did the same as I do everyday since my transfer docs has been signed, doing everything myself, phoning (ok trying to phone) Brent or a Phumzile in the Cancellation figures dept, and what do I get?? Ringing phones the whole day! Nobody nowhere to be found! I wish my job was the same as Standard bank employees on a Friday!!!
