Simply NO response from teh Credit Card Department

My Credit card expired and I will not be back in South Africa for another 8 months. I asked them to forward my new card to my address abroad. No reply- I was asked for details 3 times already- which I gave the same day. No reply. I have sent more than 10 emails. So I decided to stop paying my credit card. And - yes somebody contacted me by phone. I explained the situation again. Person didn't know what to do. So I was informed that somebody else will contact me. Two days or so later somebody phoned me, asking me when I will pay. I explained again, I didn't make any payments because nobody is coming back to me to send my credit card to me. - I will make the payment as soon as somebody promises me that they will send my card to me. I will also pay for the cost to courier it to me. The person told me- that they will do that- I just need to make the payment. So I paid and now - after 54 emails - I went and count them, since December 2012, there is still no progress. I have been asked 3 times to provide a contact number and I replied within hours of receiving the email and all my details are up to date on the website, I have still not been contacted.
