REFUND PROCESS FAILURE

Good day,
I had a blue bean credit card which was settled in 2011. I requested blue bean to process the following (on the 12 of August 2013) 1] Close the settled blue bean credit card 2] Refund the R304.00 (there is currently on a credit balance) only my credit card. I provided Bridgett with the banking details (FNB banking details) where the funds can be paid into (she then advised that the funds should in my account in 7 calendar days), I have not received the funds and made a follow-up call on the 19th of August 2013. I spoke to Zodwa in the contact centre she advised me that my request has not been done, I had to re-provide her with the required information such that my request is done. I have been inconvenienced as a client due to process failure from Blue bean. I would like this matter to be rectified as a matter of urgency. I have provided standardbank banking details which should speed up the process.
