HAND OVER

I have a student loan with ABSA, and been paying the interest on the account. Got a few calls from a collection agent, informing ABSA has handed the account to them. I explain the agent that it is a student loan..and was told that i must pay the full amount outstanding. ABSA never called me once to explain to assist me with an arrangement, instead they blacklist me, CAN ABSA PLEASE SORT OUT THIS MESS
