My credit card was retained by an atm machine, then after reporting it i was given the new one which i collected from rivonia branch, the bank had old details so i requested the consultant to change my contact details to the new one, then i transfered R600 from my cheque account to my credit card on the 05.06.213 i realised later that the money is not reflecting due to the fact that i used my old credit card used instead of the new one. When i called today requesting the to transfer the money to the new one, Thando said i should speak to internet banking department, then she transfered to the department to Ellen, then Ellen said i should talk credit card department because she not dealing with credit card, when Ellen and Thando were confirming my details they gave me old details which i requested rivonia branch to update, surely standard bank systems are not communicating to each other. So i would like to know what should i do for my money to reflect into my credit card account? I have been using standard bank since from school i very disappointed .no reference numbers given
