Lack of follow-through

I was quite surprised to receive a call on Wednesday asking why I have not yet signed up as a customer after the last quote they sent me, especially considering that I asked a question regarding that quote which has not been answered (and the fact that they did not update my address details on the previous quote as asked). Even after forwarding the email to a specific person and logging a complaint to [Email Removed] there is still no feedback.
