Bad service, ignoring follow up emails

In August 2013 I contacted the call centre to obtain a quote for car, homeowners and householders insurance. I spoke to Siyabonga who was very polite and took all the details neccessary to provide me with a quote. I heard nothing from him since, even until today. I followed up with numerous emails but to no avail.

Then i requested another contact via the website and Simphiwe contacted me, also very polite and friendly> i asked him about what happened to my previous quote and he could not answer me. So i forwarded him all my details so that he could provide me with a quote. He said within minutes he could come back to me with a quote.

Weeks later, i am still waiting for Simphiwe to call me or to at least respond to my emails (which he read).

I cannot seem to find anyone who is interested in providing me with a quote.

I find the atitude and lack of respect to potential customers very disturbing and i would like the call centre management to follow up with why those two agents totally ignored me and my request.
