NO FEEDBACK FROM QUOTE

Someone scratched my new car and I would like to have this repaired. I have informed my insurance about the scratch and arranged for a quote to be done through VDS Auto Body. This was done on the 14th of June. I have had no feedback since then about the quote and would like to see the quote for the repairs. I have called and requested the quote to be sent through to me twice. I still have not received this and also waiting to be called by the insurance regarding my quote. Every time I call I am told Tebogo is on a call and they will get her to call me back. I also sent an email to [Email Removed] as well where I can email her. I have had no response or acknowledgement of my email at all. This is the most pathetic service. I cannot believe that to get a quote for a scratch on my car can take almost a week to notify me what the problem is. I want to get feedback so that I can see what the damage is!!
