I originally requested that MTN give me a quote to cancel my current contract, which is due to naturally expire at the end of January 2014. The email was sent on 10 August 2013. After send numerous follow up email, first contact that I received back from MTN about the cancellation was 5 September 2013, thanking me for my email and asking me if I want to cancel the contact. My response was to please see my first email in the email string asking for a quote for the cancellation. Then after sending numerous follow up emails again the second email I receive from MTN is on 23 October, over 2 months later, with no apology and an incomplete quote that would cost me significantly more to exit my contract than if I just let it run to when it naturally expires. This may have been worth my while when I originally made the request but now I receive a quote after 2 months for cancellation but there is no date quote from when it will even take effect. In addition, each email I receive from MTN is from a different person. I am absolutely stunned by the level of incompetence at MTN.
