R400 payback???

Hi, I asked for a quote on the 4th of Feb from Outsurance on a bmw 320d, the best they could do was R1450, i'm currently paying 1150, so they could not beat the existing price. I would like to be paid the R400 as you advertised on TV. The guy said absolutely nothing about the payment when they couldn't get a lower quote.
