10 days later - still no response

I still have not had a phone call, e-mail or quote from ADT. Even though they keep on promising feedback. I just want a quote to have an alarm system installed!!! But by the look of all the complaints against ADT I shouldn't be surprised by their lack of ineterest in gaining a new customer. It's been 10 days since the technicians came to my house for a quote. 10 days! How long does it take to compile a quote and contact the customer?
