Worst Service Ever - a joke of customer service

The intention was to move my account from absa to standard bank - The process started in dec but due to cancer treatment this account was never moved. My private banker at the time was informed of the situation and via email was asked to put all accounts on hold, which to my horror was not done. After 8months of treatment i was ready to assume duties at work, emails where sent to the banker asking if my salary could now be deposited into my cheque account - sent 25th August 2013 - to date no response.worse was to follow when i was declined for finance as standard bank had listed me - all without a SINGLE email or letter informing me of their intention. To resolve the matter i was told to pay the outstanding amount - which i consequently did - 5 days later im STILL waiting for the letter - and only to be told " i will follow up today".
