Worst bank ever!!!

About 3 months ago, after having problems with standard bank and being a prestige banker but not having any benefits or getting hold of my banker, I decided to close my accounts. It's now 3 months later and I have not hear anything from them. Well this is normal except that only now I actually did find out my bank accounts has not been closed. Now I owe them more then R800 because the account has been accumulating costs that I did not know of or was not even informed about. The best part of it all is that I don't even have an overdraft facility so how the can my account get to -800 without anybody from standard bank informing me! I will not pay this amount and I recommend anyone that is banking with standardbank to run as fast as they can from this incompetent bank! I phoned there line to sort out this problem just to hear I will need to go to the bank to sort this out, this would be the second time that a problem could not be solved and I need to inconvenience myself to fit there lack of competence, as if we have the time in the world and no work! I do not care if this is solved because that account can accumulate as much as it wants because why the will I ever return???
