I have been a client with standard bank, for over 10 years now. However I think it is time to move on, I can not deal with their poor level of service, and disregard of customers. I have moved to the Prestige account expecting better service and priority, however I was sadly mistaken. Having a prestige account is more about the colour of your card then the service level received. I apparently have a "private banker", who has not ONCE called, emailed, or contacted me in any way, to touch base. However I have been to ABSA recently, who has an amazing private banker, who went above and beyond, and really showed me what good service was all about. I have stuck it out for far to long, and Standard Bank needs to treat their clients with a little more respect, I give up- can not wait to say farewell to this bank. Both my account and my husbands is to be moved shortly. I am sure you'll don't care anyways.
