Taking Funds that dont belong to them

I have a loan with STD bank, It is almost paid off. I have NEVER skipped a payment. My debit order is for the 25th of each month, yesterday on the 24th the debit order went off, this morning I get another sms saying it has gone off again. I signed a contract saying ONE repayment ONCE a month, now they think they can do as they please with MY money. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I called and logged a query and a complaint, they said this will take up to 5 working Days. How can they take my money within less than 24hrs but it takes them 5 WORKING DAYS to refund it. My other Debit orders are going off on the 27th, if my money is not in my account by then, I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE for any penalties relating to debit orders that bounce. YOU CAN NOT DO AS YOU PLEASE WITH MY MONEY!!!
