Refund not refunded after 5 days and no feedback

My card was in April and money was, this amount was refunded into my account then on the 7th of September the bank took the money back without trying to contact me first. When I called I was told there was an affidavit I hadn't submitted which didn't make sense because i had submitted all documents. Anyways I obliged and filled out the form yet again and sent it back on the 10th after which I was told I'd have my money back withi 5 working days. Fast foward to 13 days later I don't have my refund and not a single work from the bank, I've sent emails, been on hold for 30 minutes trying to call. I've emailed Philemon and the department but nothing. I'm seriously fed up with Standard Bank and moving all my products to another bank.
