IT WAS ON 26 SEPTEMBER 06:20 AT EASTLYNNE STANDARD BANK ATM TRYING TO WITHDRAW THE MONEY, AFTER ENTERING MY PIN CODE IT APPEARS ON THE SCREEN OF THE ATM AND IT DID NOT ASK HOW MUCH DO I NEED THEN I CANCELLED THE PROCESS TO GET MY CARD BANK BUT IT DID NOT COME OUT, IMMEDIATELY I HAVE PUT MY STOP CARD AND GO TO WORK ON MY WAY I RECEIVED THE SMS SAYING MY R2000.00 WAS WITHDRAWN THEN I WENT TO SILVERTON BANK TO CLAIM THE CARD AND THEY GAVE ME THE NEW CARD THEY THEN SEND ME TO THEIR OFFICE WHO IS DEALING WITH, ON 27 SEPTEMBER I GOT THE SMS SAYING AFTER 10 DAYS I WILL BE REFUNDED, I WENT BACK TO THEM FOUR TIMES BUT THEY KEPT ON POSTPONING THE MATTER, ON THE 25 NOVEMBER I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THEM SAYING UNFORTUNATELY THEY NOT GOING TO REFUND ME BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE THE CANCELATION SLIP, SO I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
