It's been 3 weeks and still no response from

I reported my Credit card to be cloned on 08/08/2013.I was told I would be contacted on the Monday 12/08/2013 by department Standard bank. On Monday 12/08/2013 I went into Standard bank Northcliff and I was told to wait for the phone call as they can not assist me. On Wednesday 14/08/2013, after spending 2 hours trying to get hod of some one in division, I was then told that I need to submit an affidavit form that would be emailed to me immediately. I did receive the form and emailed a completed form back on the 14/08/2013. On the affidavit it states that I would be refunded the amounts in question in 5 working days. Well it has now been 12 working days, and still no refund. I have not had ANY response from ANYONE. This is horrible service! It is month end and now I am the one who is out of pocket due to NO response or assistance of ANY KIND from Standard Bank staff.
